Admission & Enrolment Roadmap

Winzoy Group assists students throughout their university admission journey in Australia, ensuring all academic prerequisites and provider documentation standards are thoroughly met.

Once the student registers with Winzoy Group and submits all essential academic documents including English proficiency results, we coordinate directly with the selected education provider to secure an Offer Letter. If English results or final semester transcripts are pending, we can assist in securing a Conditional Offer Letter.

The institutional assessment process generally takes 2-4 weeks depending upon the specific university or college. Any supplementary academic portfolio or background documentation will be requested and coordinated promptly.

After the offer letter is accepted, the applicant satisfies the provider's enrollment conditions and deposits the initial semester tuition fee directly to the education provider's official bank account.

Upon receipt of tuition payment and verification of admission criteria, the education provider issues the Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE), which confirms official placement into the course.

With the eCOE secured, students receive university onboarding briefings, campus orientation advice, and academic transition support to commence their studies in Australia smoothly.
